Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. We typically ship via Canada Post and do not ship on Canadian Holidays.

Once processed, orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Ramona Swift-Thiessen Fine Art cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Free Shipping on orders over $500 within Canada and the US.

For orders under $500, Ramona will personally reach out to you for customized shipping arrangements. To ensure you benefit from the best possible shipping rate, all shipping transactions are handled manually by our dedicated team. You may conveniently settle the shipping payment via e-transfer or credit card. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this personalized shipping process.

  3. Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your cart before confirming your purchase.

  4. Custom Artwork: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in the case of damaged items, and they will be processed in the original form of payment.
